Daintree Networks

See Daintree at CES 2009 in Las Vegas

CES 200915-Dec-2008: Daintree Networks will be exhibiting at CES 2009 in Las Vegas as part of the ZigBee Alliance pavilion.

We will be demonstrating the latest release of the Sensor Network Analyzer (SNA), which includes a new flexible decode engine that enables it to decode multiple standards-based and proprietary network protocols, such as 6LoWPAN and other consumer electronic protocols.

We will also be launching new ZigBee Application Development and Smart Energy kits. These kits, which are based on Daintree's MeshOperator solution, help ZigBee solution developers and providers to bring their products and services to market quickly and reliably.

  • The Wireless Application Development Kit helps to develop a prototype or proof-of-concept for a new ZigBee application or service.
  • The Smart Energy Kit verifies and tests the operation of smart energy services and products.

Both kits include Daintree's intelligent Management Gateway, which can be used to simulate any smart device (including a meter), making testing easier, more thorough, and often less expensive. For example, when used with the Smart Energy Kit, the gateway can send smart energy commands over-the-air in the same way as an electric meter does to test services and products.
