New SNA Application Notes: KE Security and Testing Smart Energy Devices

Implementing ZigBee KE Security with the SNA
ZigBee's Smart Energy Security uses Key Establishment (KE), which provides very
strong and robust security. This high level of security is very important for
applications such as Smart Energy, where sensitive information such as usage and
billing must be protected. This application note describes how to use Daintree's
SNA to test a device's implementation of KE security.
Testing and validating Smart Energy devices with the SNA
This application note describes procedures by which Daintree's SNA, together with its
XML-based API, can be used to test and validate ZigBee Smart Energy devices. It
includes sample code, plus details of resulting packets sent.
