Daintree's flexible solutions are designed so that you can pay for the functionality you require today, and upgrade in future as your needs increase.
A Daintree Sensor Network Analysis solution comprises an edition of the Sensor Network Analyzer software plus one or more hardware capture devices.
Software editions
Daintree sells two versions of its Sensor Network Analyzer software: Professional and Standard.
- 100A Sensor Network Analyzer Professional edition
A complete toolkit for ZigBee and 802.15.4 development, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. Key differentiators include multi-node capture, advanced network visualization, detailed performance measurements, active analysis of live networks, advanced troubleshooting, and commissioning tool.
- 101B Sensor Network Analyzer Standard edition
An essential set of tools for ZigBee and 802.15.4 development and testing. Key features include comprehensive protocol analysis with detailed packet lists and packet decodes, filters and extensive capture playback controls, editable XML-based profiles, and basic network visualization.
Both of these products include a single user license with a 12-month software update and support (SUS) subscription.
Note that there is also a Basic edition of the SNA software, which is available only through Daintree's semiconductor partners. This edition is NOT covered by any of Daintree's technical support or software update programs.
Software upgrades
The flexibility of the SNA means that you can pay for the functionality you need today, and upgrade to a more fully-featured version of the product in future when your needs increase.
- 100A-UPG Upgrade to SNA Professional from Standard
Purchase the SNA Professional edition at our discounted upgrade price. You require an existing license for the SNA Standard (or Developer) edition to purchase this product.
Note that when ordering this product, you need to order both the 100A Professional edition, and the 100A-UPG upgrade credit.
Capture hardware device
The SNA software supports Daintree's Sensor Network Adapter plus hardware provided with partner chipset evaluation and development boards.
- 2400E Sensor Network Adapter
More than just a capture device, this versatile Adapter can be used to perform multi-node captures, plus it can join live networks to passively monitor, actively poll, and commission devices.

- 1 GHz Pentium III equivalent or greater running Windows XP or 2000
- 512 MB RAM
- 100 MB of available disk space .
- Internet connection and administrator privileges on the computer on which you are installing the SNA software
Daintree support
The SNA 100A Professional edition and 101B Standard edition come with a 12-month software update and support (SUS) subscription. You can renew or extend this subscription for a further 12 months:
- 100A-SUS Professional edition
- 101B-SUS Standard edition
Both products provide you with a 12-month subscription to software updates, an update notification service, and expert technical support from Daintree Networks.
