An SUS subscription provides new and improved functionality through regular software updates, plus expert technical support from Daintree Networks for a 12-month period.
Software updates
Updates are issued at regular intervals throughout the year. They contain new and improved functionality, improvements to product usability, and regular updates to incorporate all new changes to evolving industry standards.
The SUS subscription also provides you with an update notification service, so that you always know when a new update is available. New updates can be downloaded from a secure area on the Daintree website, so that you can be up and running with new functionality quickly and easily.
Expert support
Contact Daintree's support team when you have questions or problems with your SNA.
The SUS subscription entitles you to 24-hour response time (Monday to Friday) and expert support to help resolve issues quickly and minimize any downtime. It also ensures that your support requests are given priority over requests from customers who do not have current SUS subscriptions.
Supported products
Note that the SUS subscription is available only for the SNA 100A Professional edition and 101B Standard edition. A 12-month subscription is provided with both of these products when they are purchased from Daintree. This can be renewed at the end of each subscription period for a further 12 months.
The SNA Basic edition is available only through Daintree's semiconductor partners and is not covered by any of Daintree's technical support or software update programs. It comes with a 30-day support period, which starts on the date the software is activated. At the end of the 30-day period, no further support or updates are available. |
