What's New in SNA Release 3.1?

Daintree Networks is pleased to announce another update to the popular Sensor Network Analyzer (SNA).
Release 3.1 has seen the decodes for all ZigBee specifications
updated to their latest versions, plus decode support added (or
updated) for the ZigBee RF4CE, 5LoWPAN, and JenNet (from Jennic)
network protocols. Other product enhancements and usability
improvements are listed below.
Decodes
Packet Decodes updated in accordance with the latest ZigBee specifications:
- Smart Energy: Revision 15 (075356r15)
- Home Automation: Revision 26 (053520r26)
- Telecom Applications: Revision 07 (075307r07)
- Personal Home and Hospital Care: Revision 07 (075360r07)
- Commercial Building Automation: Release 10 (053516r10) Errata 085148r16ZB
Decodes now available for the following network protocols:
- ZigBee RF4CE (including security)
- JenNet (Jennic)
- 6LoWPAN updated to latest draft (HC04)
Enhancements
- Change the IEEE address of the 2400E Adapter
- Support added for ZigBee Installation codes
- Decode non-ZigBee network protocols via the command line interface
- Active device can join a ZigBee network using the Network Rejoin command
Usability improvements
- New buttons in the Packet Decode window take you to next and previous packets (as defined by the Packet List)
- Reload a capture file to replay again from the beginning
- Quickly delete columns in the Packet List window
- Rename, edit and delete custom filters
- Copy Packets and Measurements as CSV (in addition to Text)
- Convert ZigBee APS packet decodes to XML
Capture device support
The SNA now supports boards from the following kits as capture devices:
- Texas Instruments CC2530
- STMicroelectronics STM32W
