What do I do if I lose my SNA license dongle?

Software licensing for SNA release 3.2 and newer requires the use of a dedicated USB hardware dongle.

You can use the software ONLY on a computer to which the dongle is connected. Therefore, if you lose your dongle, you lose your license and cannot use the SNA software. 

You can purchase a replacement dongle for 50% of the full list price of the software edition you are using. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you store your dongle in a safe place.
