What does the message "dll could not be initialized properly" mean? This is a known issue that prevents the SNA software from running simultaneously
with the Kaspersky AntiVirus software. There is currently no workaround for this
issue, other than to disable the Kaspersky AntiVirus software, and if necessary,
install an alternative anti-virus package.
