Technical Support Engineer

Location: United States - Mountain View, CA

Daintree is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its highly skilled team in Mountain View.  This person will be responsible for providing remote post-sales technical support to customers. The candidate will be supporting some of the first wireless building energy management solutions in the world using ZigBee and 802.15.4 technology and developing insights on the technology and the business. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for increasing the effectiveness of the support experience and improving the commissioning process. Some travel will be required.
