Dan Eilers, Independent Director
Dan Eilers is a Managing Director at Vanguard Ventures and invests in software, hardware, storage, and other information technology companies. He brings over 20 years of technology management and venture capital experience to his role, including serving as the President and CEO of three companies -- CIDCO Inc., NAT Systems, and Claris Corporation.
Prior to joining Vanguard Ventures, Dan was an angel investor, advisor and board member to several early stage private and public companies. As CEO-in-residence at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, he advised portfolio companies on operational and strategic matters. He also served as the founding managing partner of Apple Computer's venture capital fund, and the chief marketing officer at Apple Computer. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington, and an MBA degree from Stanford University.
Teresa Engelhard, Jolimont Capital
Teresa is a Managing Partner at Jolimont Capital in Melbourne, Australia, which she joined in 2006 to focus on growth-stage technology companies. Teresa’s experience prior to Jolimont Capital includes ten years in Silicon Valley as both a venture investor and operating executive. Teresa was a Principal at Mohr Davidow Ventures in Menlo Park, California and subsequently went on to a number of executive roles including Vice President Software Solutions at ONI Systems (Nasdaq ONIS acquired by Ciena - Nasdaq CIEN), CEO of Timeshift (acquired by J2 Communications - Nasdaq JCOM) and VP of Marketing and Business Development at Xponent Photonics (acquired by Hoya International). Teresa began her career at McKinsey & Company in the Los Angeles office.
In addition to Daintree Networks, Teresa currently serves on the boards of Redfern Integrated Optics and RedBubble.
She has a B.S. with Honors from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in Pasadena, California, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
Anthony Pascoe, Lend Lease
Anthony was appointed CEO of Lend Lease Ventures in January 2009, and is based in Sydney. In this role, he leads Lend Lease’s venture capital business which invests in commercially viable growth companies operating in energy, water and building sectors.
Anthony joined Lend Lease in January 2007. Prior to his current role he was Global Chief Operating Officer of Lend Lease’s investment management business. Before joining Lend Lease, Anthony spent 20 years working in a number of senior executive roles. Between 2003 and 2006 Anthony was Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of ASX listed Blackmores Limited. His earlier career experience included almost a decade working in investment banking and subsequently running Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy for one of Australia’s largest listed consumer branded businesses.
Danny Yu, Daintree CEO
Danny brings over 20 years of leadership and growth company experience in lighting, enterprise solutions, communications, and semiconductors to his role as CEO. Immediately prior to Daintree, Danny was Vice President of Segment and Strategic Marketing at Philips Lumileds where he led global marketing, business development, and product definition for solid state (LED) lighting segments. He originally joined Lumileds prior to its acquisition by Philips as Vice President of Global Major Account Sales and Business Development. During his tenure at Lumileds, Danny led multiple lighting businesses from their start-up phase to achieving $70–$100M+ in revenues and market-leading positions.
Earlier in his career, Danny held senior roles in the venture capital industry including Managing Director at VantagePoint Venture Partners and Partner at DynaFund Ventures. He invested in and served as a board member for companies spanning enterprise systems and infrastructure software, data networking, telecommunications, and advanced components. Danny began his career in technical sales management and engineering roles at Hewlett-Packard and Apple. Danny holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School.

Bill Wood, Founder and Chairman Emeritus (Board Observer)
 Bill is the founder of Daintree Networks, and was CEO from 2003 until 2009. He has many years of international senior-level financial, marketing and technical experience in the data and telecommunications industries. Prior to founding Daintree, Bill was most recently Vice President and General Manager of Agilent Technologies' Communications Test Equipment Business Unit, and concurrent with this, Managing Director of Agilent Technologies Australia. Prior to that, Bill was with Hewlett-Packard Company and served in many roles including Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Networks Division. Bill holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Communications) from RMIT University, Melbourne.
